Which Dua Can I Say for Cough or Sickness?
When your body aches or your throat is sore, turn to Allah with sincerity. There may not be a specific dua for cough in the Qur’an or Sunnah, but the Prophet ﷺ taught us powerful supplications for illness and healing.

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ البَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، اشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
“O Allah, Lord of the people, take away the disease. Cure him as You are the One Who cures. There is no cure but Yours, a cure that leaves behind no ailment.”
رَبِّي أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
My Lord. Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
