What Should I Do After a Bad Dream?

Islam teaches us how to respond calmly and spiritually when we experience a disturbing dream. The Prophet ﷺ gave clear guidance to protect ourselves and ease fear or anxiety caused by bad dreams.

This practice not only brings comfort, but also serves as a reminder of Allah’s protection in all situations.
